Happy Labor Day, Everyone!!! Hope you all had a GREAT day off!
1. I have a few attachments here with upcoming information; however, wanted to remind everyone regarding our dues renewal for those who may not have had time to renew … Deadline for Dues Renewal is September 30, 2024. Send your renewal of $30 per person made payable to CTCSC and mail to Karen Smith 889 El Paisano Drive, Fallbrook, CA 92028 or by pay pal directly to the Treasurer (info. on our club website at www.cairnterrier.net ) If you are inclined to include any donations, that is also available.
2. Our next CTCSC meeting will be by Conference Call on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 12 Noon. Dial in at 916-233-0780, Participant Pin is 734054#. The attached meeting notice also has several “SAVE THE DATE” info. for our upcoming supported entries at Desert Empire Terrier Club in Indio, CA and the KC of Palm Springs shows along with the judging panels for our upcoming February 21-22-23, 2025 CTCA Roving & CTCSC Specialties and Sweepstakes. The show committees have been working very diligently on all the plans for a fabulous time in Del Mar, CA.
3. “MAY THE WOOF BE WITH YOU …” – The CTCA Roving National Specialty & two CTCSC Specialties and Sweepstakes Information is also attached for the shows in Del Mar beginning with check in on Thursday, February 20 and shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 21-22-23, 2025 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. This year we have secured a block of rooms at the DoubleTree Hotel in Del Mar, CA due to the former property currently undergoing renovation at the present time. I would recommend booking your hotel accommodations in plenty of time as the deadline for our group rate is January 29, 2025 and this hotel books up very quickly.
The specialty information attached contains all the hotel information including our Thursday night Hospitality, Saturday evening Dinner, Raffle Basket information and our complete list of Cairn Terrier breeder judges for a glorious weekend! Please place these dates on your calendar now and contact Judy Meyers with your information on what raffle themed basket you will be donating!
