The CTCSC just became aware of a Cairn (possibly mix) that is in need of a home… Finley is a small, male,  black Cairn Terrier (possibly mix).  He was dumped in the backyard by his former owner.  Multiple attempts to reach the owner have failed.  Finley is about a year old, neutered and about 14 pounds. He is very sweet, active and affectionate. He shows no signs of aggression, food or toy protecting. He is friendly with other dogs and really wants to play. He is crate trained and
